CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Columbus, IN is hiring ambitious people to build a real estate business. No license or experience required—we’ll train you from day one with coaching, leads, and support to grow. Expect 30–50 hours per week and a pay range of $75k–$250k per year, with a hybrid remote schedule and flexible hours.

You’ll develop client relationships, show homes, negotiate, and market listings, with in-house marketing and broker support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No license or experience required; training provided.

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing.
• RECP online course lets you do it at your own pace.

CENTURY 21 Scheetz is looking for positive, driven, people-first individuals ready to build a business in real estate — no license or experience required. We'll train you from day one and give you the coaching, leads, and support to grow. In about five minutes you'll get a detailed report on your strengths and where your potential lies, so you can decide with confidence before you commit to anything.

What You'll Do

Market listings through social and direct channels. Stay sharp with continued training and education.
