Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing (RECP online course).
• Be coachable; show up, ask questions, and follow the system.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships with clients and community.
• Show, tour, and sell homes; help buyers and sellers.
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions to closing.
• Market listings through social and direct channels; ongoing training.
