CENTURY 21 Scheetz in Columbus, IN is hiring ambitious people to build a real estate business. No license or experience required—we’ll train you from day one with coaching, leads, and support to grow. Expect 30–50 hours per week and a pay range of $75k–$250k per year, with a hybrid remote schedule and flexible hours.

You’ll develop client relationships, show homes, negotiate, and market listings, with in-house marketing and broker support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No license or experience required; training provided.
• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing.
• RECP online course lets you do it at your own pace.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and stay involved in the community.
• Show homes and help buyers find the right property.
• Negotiate deals and manage contracts through close.
• Market listings and grow your business with coaching and training.
