CENTURY 21 Scheetz is seeking driven, people-first individuals to build a real estate business in Bloomington, Indiana. No license or experience is needed—we'll train you from day one with coaching, leads, and support to grow your client base.

Enjoy a hybrid work model with 30–50 hours per week and a compensation range of $75k-$250k per year, with initial onboarding including a free career assessment and extensive training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• No license or prior experience required.
• Be coachable and trainable.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain Indiana real estate broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, network, and grow a business with trust.
• Show, tour, and help clients find the right home.
• Negotiate deals and manage contracts through closing.
• Market listings and participate in ongoing training and education.
