PLACE Launch is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join a high-performing team in Oklahoma. You will work with one of North America’s top 20% real estate professionals, leveraging PLACE’s models, systems, tools, coaching and accountability to drive success and growth.

The role offers revenue share, health benefits and profit-sharing opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, buyer consultations, negotiating offers, open houses, and converting prospects into appointments.

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.
