The Commercial Real Estate Agent will work on a contract basis in a hybrid arrangement, with primary responsibilities in the Greater Houston area and some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting market and property analyses, and representing clients in the purchase, sale, or lease of industrial, retail, and land assets. The agent will prepare and present proposals, negotiate deal terms, coordinate property tours, and support clients through due diligence and transaction closing.
