Qualifikationen

Active Texas Real Estate License required.
Experience in commercial RE markets (industrial/retail/land).
Strong prospecting and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and pipelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Prospect and qualify leads for industrial, retail, and land assets.
Conduct market and property analyses to support clients.
Represent clients in purchase, sale, or lease transactions.
Prepare and present proposals; negotiate deal terms.
Coordinate property tours and support due diligence.
