Summary

The PLACE Vegas Team is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent Assistant/Showing Partner to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team. This role is perfect for motivated agents eager to gain hands‑on experience, deepen their real estate expertise, and thrive in a supportive, goal‑driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with team members to assist buyers and sellers throughout every stage of the real estate process.
• Conduct property showings while providing exceptional client service.
• Handle daily responsibilities such as client communication, scheduling, and transaction management.
• Engage in PLACE training programs to enhance skills and promote professional development.
• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Real Estate License (required).
• 3+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, client‑focused, professional attitude.
• Strong sales and prospecting, lead generation skills, ability to overcome objections.
