This commission-based role offers a clear path to wealth through revenue share, health benefits, growth share, vesting and investing opportunities, so you can build a lasting business while delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly team script practice.
• Join team activities per standards.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
• Consult sellers to convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing, staging and listing services.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
