Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a real estate agent or related sales.
• Strong knowledge of Atlanta real estate market and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and client relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
