The Real Estate Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Seattle Area. This role supports brokerage and property management activities through scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of real estate transactions and portfolio records. Responsibilities include managing lease and property files, preparing reports, assisting with marketing materials and listings, and maintaining databases and CRM systems. The Real Estate Administrator will communicate with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal team members to handle inquiries, coordinate property showings, and support ongoing transactions.
