Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Houston, TX is seeking an FP&A Analyst to turn data into strategic insights that influence executive decisions. You will build financial models, support budgeting, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth and efficiency.

The role partners with leaders across the company to forecast future growth, evaluate new locations and acquisitions, and develop KPI dashboards for leadership and lenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; exposure to Power BI/Tableau/Sage/NetSuite a plus; AI tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.
