Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: build rapport with home sellers and deliver tailored solutions.
• Acquisitions: evaluate properties, make offers based on market trends, oversee transaction process.
• Lead Generations & Networking: cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network; manage leads.
• Negotiation & Closing: negotiate win-win deals and close transactions promptly.
• Team Collaboration: work with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior staff.
• Site Visits & Client Meetings: visit properties and meet clients to discuss values, repairs, and offers.
