Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales or business development.
• Must possess a real estate license or obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills to build rapport and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships: build trust with home sellers and provide tailored solutions.
• Acquisitions: purchase homes, make offers based on market trends, oversee transactions.
• Lead generation & networking: cultivate seller relationships and manage leads.
• Negotiation & closing: close win‑win deals promptly.
• Team collaboration: work with title, legal, construction, and operations teams.
• Site visits & meetings: travel to properties and meet clients to discuss values and offers.
