This role offers a hybrid work model and performance-based incentives, with a base salary plus commission. Responsibilities include client relationship management, making offers, leading negotiations, and coordinating with title, legal, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales or business development.
• Must possess a real estate license or obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven mentality.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with home sellers and provide tailored solutions.
• Be involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing transactions.
• Cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network; manage leads.
• Negotiate and close deals promptly with win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior members.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess properties.
