The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site property visits and a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus commission. Top performers can exceed six figures in total compensation.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in sales or business development.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mentality, and ability to meet clear goals.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: build rapport with home sellers and provide tailored solutions.
• Acquisitions: be involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing transactions.
• Lead generation & networking: cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate networks; manage leads to close deals.
• Negotiation & closing: use strong negotiation skills to create win-win deals and close transactions.
• Team collaboration: work with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior members.
• Site visits & client meetings: travel to properties and meet clients to discuss values, repairs, and offers.
