This role blends field activity with office work in a hybrid environment. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, with commission; top performers have earned well over $175,000 in total compensation.

Formación

• 4–10 years of sales or business development experience.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Entrepreneurial drive with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
