The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 with commission, plus benefits and a hybrid work model. Top performers have earned substantial total compensation in prior years.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales or business development.
• Real estate license required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Entrepreneurial drive with goal orientation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and listening skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Proven integrity in transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with home sellers.
• Lead acquisitions: make offers, oversee transactions.
• Lead generation and networking within local real estate network.
• Negotiate and close deals promptly.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction and operations teams.
• Site visits and client meetings to assess values and offers.
