Qualifications

• 4–10 years in sales or business development.
• Must possess a real estate license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and trust with home sellers, providing tailored solutions.
• Be directly involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.
• Actively cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network; manage leads and follow up to close deals.
• Use strong negotiation to create win-win deals and close transactions promptly.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior team members.
• Travel to properties for site visits and client meetings to discuss values, repairs, and offers.
