Job summary
Cedar Brook Property in Houston, TX is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to join our fast-growing team. You will be the primary contact for home sellers, using your sales and negotiation skills to deliver timely offers and close deals in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications
- 4–10 years in sales or business development.
- Real estate license or plan to obtain within 90 days.
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, with strong negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM software for lead tracking.
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with home sellers and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify acquisitions opportunities and present offers.
- Cultivate leads and network with local real estate professionals.
- Negotiate and close transactions to achieve win–win outcomes.
- Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams.
- Visit properties and meet clients to discuss values and offers.
