• Make 12+ tailored purchase offers weekly across multiple markets.
• Build trust with landowners by understanding goals, challenges, and motivations.
• Structure win-win solutions for title issues, probate, back taxes, and closing timelines.
• Negotiate while protecting LandPenguin's profitability and investment criteria.
• Maintain underwriting standards and quickly eliminate non-fit opportunities.
• Relentlessly follow up on every qualified opportunity until a clear outcome.
