Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for residential, retail, and commercial properties. You’ll handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statements within Yardi, collaborating with accounting, property management, and asset teams to keep books accurate and timely.

The role requires 2–5 years in accounting, real estate experience preferred, and strong GAAP knowledge with advanced Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years accounting experience; real estate or property accounting preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, full accounting cycle, and reconciliations.
• Experience with property management systems (Yardi) and Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet month-end deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative, team-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in Yardi.
• Record tenant receipts, deposits, monitor AR and delinquency balances.
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Handle move-ins/outs in Yardi, lease charges, deposits, final balances.
• Prepare monthly utility rebilling and ensure accurate postings in Yardi.
• Residential postings and manage property insurance documentation.
• Assist monthly close, reconciliations, and balance sheet review.
• Prepare property-level statements and variance explanations.
• Support year-end 1099s and coordination with external accountants.
• Assist budgeting and CAM reconciliations with property management.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and internal controls.
