Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Toledo, OH seeks an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D tours, floorplans, and high-quality residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com using Matterport equipment, a digital camera, and an iPad.

You will manage a core territory, schedule appointments, and collaborate with clients, sales, logistics and management, under the direction of a local Photography Manager. This role requires two years of pro photography experience, real estate focus, FAA Part 107

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional photography experience with real estate focus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Real estate photography experience required; recent photography degree acceptable.
• Drone photography experience and FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, floorplans, and high-quality photography of residential homes.
• Build a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management.
• Navigate 1-mile square grids to identify new inventory and properties for photography.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
