Job summary

CoStar Group in Toledo, OH is seeking an Associate Photographer to create 3‑D virtual tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will scan with Matterport Pro3 cameras, capture floor plans, and work with clients and teams to deliver compelling property imagery.

The role requires real estate photography experience, drone capability, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend work and independence are typical in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Two years of professional photography experience preferred.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification required within 30 days of offer.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive locally.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Scan homes with Matterport Pro3 cameras and generate floor plans.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete data coverage for markets.
• Adhere to safety standards and represent CoStar professionally.
