CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Cleveland, OH to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans and high-quality real estate photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work with Matterport Pro3, photography gear, and iPad, servicing a defined local market with professional client interactions.

The role emphasizes independent field work, strict safety practices, and collaboration with sales, research and scheduling teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience, including real estate.
• Experience with real estate photography for marketing and listings.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.

Responsabilidades

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 and photography equipment.
• Create photo portfolios to showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure data coverage for market areas.
• Adhere to safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
