Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in Tallahassee, FL is seeking an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Use Matterport Pro3 cameras, photography gear, and an iPad to create compelling property media.

You will manage a defined territory, schedule appointments, work with clients and sales teams, and ensure safety and professional representation. Two years of real estate photography experience and a valid driver's license are required;

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or recent photography degree.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service with a client-first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Ability to drive with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photographs that feature homes and apartments effectively.
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Interact professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management to align priorities.
• Identify new inventory and ensure market coverage in defined territory.
• Adhere to safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
