Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Real Assets Business Technology Adoption Leader to enhance cost, quality and productivity across the real assets line. You will drive adoption of standardized tech applications, manage resources, and partner with product and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions worldwide.

You will oversee data governance, AI initiatives, and automation while guiding a high-growth organization through change, with a focus on risk controls and client delivery

Qualifications

• Strong technical orientation with an operational mindset and ability to document, train and embed best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with experience leading large-scale data/AI initiatives from conception to execution.
• Ability to influence across global stakeholders and build trust in a complex, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Help track targets and metrics for costs, quality, and automation; establish controls, security, resilience standards and testing.
• Align and manage the line of business around a global set of technology applications to standardize tools and minimize risk.
• Lead adoption of best practices in technology applications and partner with product/technology to streamline tools and define the "AD way" for clients.
