Job summary

Alter Domus in Indiana seeks a Real Assets BPA & Tech Adoption Leader to improve cost, quality, and productivity for the business line year over year. You will track targets, align technology applications globally, and drive adoption of best practices across product and technology teams.

You will monitor resources, plan scaling, support standardized client delivery, and help improve client satisfaction through data governance, AI initiatives, and risk controls.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tracking targets and metrics for costs at business line level.

  • Manage adoption of best practices within key technology applications and working with product and technology to streamline tools and develop the AD way for clients.
  • Assist Head of BPA & Tech Adoption in tracking resources to support optimization of team sizing and structure.
  • Help plan adoption and utilization of global technology applications within client delivery in a standardized and consistent manner.
  • Support Head of BPA & Tech Adoption to track client NPS scores and prioritize initiatives to improve client delivery.
  • Represent Real Assets in data governance and use cases globally.
  • Lead and build skills around migration of lift out clients, with coordination across global functions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in data, AI, and automation, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate risks.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Real Assets BPA & Tech Adoption, the Real Assets Business Technology Adoption Leader is accountable for helping to improve the cost, quality and productivity of the business line year on year. Specifically, you will:

  • Assist with tracking targets and metrics for costs at business line and activity level, for quality, consistency and for automation that the business will manage itself against. You will also help to establish robust controls, security processes, resilience standards and testing against those.
  • You will help to align and manage your line of business around a consistent, global set of technology applications, minimizing risk and increasing standardization.
  • You will be responsible for managing adoption of best practices within key technology applications and working with product and technology to streamline tools and develop “the AD way” for clients.
  • You will assist the Head of BPA & Tech Adoption in tracking resources to support optimization of team sizing and structure.
  • As appropriate, you will help to plan adoption and utilization of global technology applications within client delivery in a standardized and consistent manner and take accountability of seamless transition.
  • You will support the Head of BPA & Tech Adoption to track client NPS scores and prioritize initiatives to improve client delivery.
  • You will act as first line of defense for risk management for Real Assets, supporting the Executive Director and Head of BPA & Tech Adoption, and you will have accountability for rapidly resolving internal audit issues with the regional business leaders.
  • You will represent Real Assets in data governance and use cases globally.
  • You will lead and build skills around migration of lift out clients, with close coordination across other global functions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data, AI, and automation, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
