Alter Domus seeks a Real Assets Business Technology Adoption Leader to improve cost, quality, and productivity across the business line. You will drive adoption of standardized global technology applications, manage risk controls, and align operations with product and technology teams to streamline tools for clients.

The role emphasizes data governance, AI initiatives, and cross-functional leadership to optimize client delivery while supporting growth and transformation across regions.

Responsabilités

• Track targets and metrics for costs, quality and automation at line and activity level.
• Align and manage line of business around global technology applications to standardize and reduce risk.
• Drive adoption of best practices in key technology applications and streamline tools.
• Plan adoption and utilization of global technology applications within client delivery.
• Support tracking client NPS and prioritizing initiatives to improve delivery.
• Act as first line of defense for risk management and address audit issues.
• Represent Real Assets in data governance and global use cases.
• Lead migration of lift-out clients with cross-functional coordination.
• Stay updated on data, AI trends and innovations for competitive advantage.
