Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Real Assets Business Technology Adoption Leader to improve cost, quality and productivity year over year. You will manage technology alignment across lines of business, drive adoption of best practices, and coordinate with product, technology and regional leaders to standardize tools and processes for clients.

You will oversee risk management, data governance, and client experience metrics while supporting strategic initiatives in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with aligning business line around a global set of technology applications and standardization.
• Lead adoption of best practices within key technology applications and streamline tools for clients.
• Track resources to support optimization of team sizing and structure.
• Plan adoption and utilization of global technology applications within client delivery in a standardized manner.
• Support tracking client NPS scores and prioritize initiatives to improve client delivery.
• Represent Real Assets in data governance and use cases globally.
• Lead migration of lift out clients with coordination across global functions.
• Stay abreast of data, AI, and automation trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
