Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Sr. Client Success Manager to own and grow strategic real estate client relationships across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts.

You will onboard, drive adoption, monitor usage, and identify opportunities for expansion while delivering white-glove service. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales, you will forecast renewals, capture feedback, and ensure customer value throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS customer success or account management.
• Experience managing renewals and expansions across SMB to Enterprise.
• Direct experience serving real estate clients preferred.
• Technical proficiency with software configurations and integrations.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale relationships across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise.
• Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and prevent churn.
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning with clients.
• Capture product feedback and advocate for roadmap needs.
• Partner with Sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Train users and ensure rapid adoption.
