Blue Owl Capital Holdings LLC is seeking a strategic accounting leader for its Chicago-based team. The VP will institutionalize practices, manage complex real estate accounting, and oversee financial reporting and audits.

Key responsibilities include NAV calculations, SEC disclosures, and coordination with fund administrators. Strong GAAP knowledge and CPA preferred, with growth in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of real estate accounting experience.
• Experience with real estate private equity / non-traded REITs or public REITs.
• Strong technical accounting skills in historical cost and fair value accounting for real estate.
• SEC reporting experience including Form 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K.
• Ability to understand leases, debt agreements, and private placement memorandums.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare monthly NAV and price per share per PPM documents.
• Coordinate financial statements and disclosures with the SEC (Forms 10-Q/10-K/8-K).
• Manage audits and deadlines with external auditors and tax teams.
• Coordinate with fund administrator on fees and allocations.
• Support investment team with ad-hoc reporting.
