The Shelly Company is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Maintenance technician to perform general plant maintenance and equipment repairs at our Ohio facilities. The role requires hands-on welding, torch work, and adherence to safety rules, with daily reporting duties and mandatory safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience or training.
• Trade school preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• General plant maintenance including repairs to equipment.
• Perform general equipment repairs by cutting and welding.
• Safe use of oxy/acetylene torches and hand tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA regulations.
• Complete required daily reporting including lockout/tagout paperwork.
