Job summary

The Shelly Company is seeking a Ready Mix Plant Maintenance Person to perform general maintenance and repairs at our Ohio plant. The role requires hands-on work, ability to lift heavy loads, operate welding and cutting equipment, and follow safety regulations.

You will work with a safety-conscious team, report daily, and support plant operations to minimize downtime. Prior maintenance experience and familiarity with OSHA guidelines are preferred; training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training, trade school preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Operate cutting and welding methods for repairs.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA/DEP guidelines and daily reporting.
