Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a maintenance technician to support our operations. The role emphasizes plant maintenance, equipment repairs, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, operating welding tools, and completing daily safety reports in line with OSHA/MSHA regulations. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Trade school preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plant maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Operate oxy-fuel torches safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily reporting including lockout/tagout and TRACK forms.
• Must be able to climb, bend, reach, lift 75 to 100 lbs occasionally, and walk stairs regularly.
