Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a seasoned Ready-Mix technical leader to drive performance improvements across North America. The role involves analyzing QC data, batch records, and mix designs to pinpoint trends and root causes, then translating findings into actionable plans with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; equivalent Ready-Mix technical experience considered.
• 5+ years in Ready-Mix, concrete materials, technical services, quality, mix design or related environments.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and drive data-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ready-Mix performance initiatives across NAM (North America).
• Analyze QC results, batch data, mix designs and test results to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead root-cause analysis on technical and operational performance issues and implement actions.
• Develop NAM Ready-Mix materials strategy with quality discipline and performance routines.
• Collaborate with regional teams to translate findings into practical actions and measurable results.
