Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance professional to lead and manage maintenance across multiple ready mix plant locations in the United States. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and collaboration with plant and operations teams to drive reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks as needed.
• Partner with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
