Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Intern to gain exposure across the ready mix division and other lines of business within our Ohio operations. You will learn and assist in customer service, sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations.

Expect to travel and work nights or weekends when required, and to report to the assigned site ready to begin. Working towards a degree in Concrete Management or Operations Management is preferred, with proficiency in

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Concrete Management or Operations Management.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in the customer service department, including handling calls and directing customers.
• Assist in the sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations areas.
• Support team members and travel as required, including nights and weekends.
