Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready Mix Intern to gain hands-on experience across the ready mix division and related lines of business. You will work with a vertically integrated company, collaborating with teams and gaining exposure to multiple facets of the operation.

Expect to learn customer service, sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations while supporting day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Concrete Management or Operations Management or two to four years related experience
• Must be proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the customer service department; answering calls, directing customers, etc.
• Learn and assist in the sales department within the division.
• Learn and assist in the quality control department.
• Learn and assist with data analytics.
• Learn and assist in plant operations
