Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, seeks a Construction Management Intern to gain hands-on experience across construction management, bidding, asphalt plant operations, and field crews within Ohio.

You will assist with project setup, cost understanding, PM tasks, and safety procedures while learning from professionals; travel and flexible hours may be required to support projects at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Operations Management.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management for public and private projects.
• Learn bidding, contracting, and cost estimation processes.
• Support asphalt plant operations and yard crew activities.
• Participate in construction crews and job-site setup tasks.
• Understand basic project cost and monthly projections.
