Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Manager for Ready Mix Concrete in Ohio. You will supervise the mix batch plant operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, ensure quality control, staffing, batching, and load-out while maintaining safety and on-time delivery.

You will manage driver and customer relations, monitor production costs, and lead a team to meet deadlines and financial targets on assigned projects, while upholding safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• ACI Level 1 Field Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports; communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of mix batch plant operations including production and load out.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor safety compliance and conduct safety meetings.
• Control costs and productivity, meet deadlines and budgets.
• Lead and develop project staff and coordinate with drivers.
