Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is a vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mix concrete and paving services. A Ready Mix Intern will gain hands-on experience across the ready mix division and related lines of business.

Key duties include assisting the customer service, sales, quality control, data analytics, and plant operations teams, with travel and varied hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Concrete Management or Operations Management.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the customer service department; answering calls, directing customers, etc.
• Learn and assist in the sales department within the division.
• Learn and assist in the quality control department.
• Learn and assist in data analytics.
• Learn and assist in plant operations
