Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Project Manager to supervise mix batch plant activities, sales support, quality control, staffing, and driver coordination. This role covers production planning, load-out of materials, and maintaining strong customer relations to meet deadlines and financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and at least 2–4 years of related experience with ACI Level 1 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• ACI Level 1 Field Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee batch plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.
• Manage staffing, driver relations, and customer satisfaction on projects.
• Maintain inventory controls and weekly forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DEP and company policies.
