Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to safely operate a ready-mix truck, deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule, and perform pre-trip inspections with prompt maintenance reporting.

You will maintain accurate delivery documentation, communicate with dispatch and plant personnel, uphold safety and environmental policies, and represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $20.60 to $25.67 per hour.
• Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
