Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Charleston, WV, is seeking a safe, dependable Ready-Mix Truck Driver to join our team. You will safely operate a concrete delivery truck, perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate delivery documentation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper operation of all equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to support a zero‑incident workplace

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
