GCC Aggregates is seeking a customer service/order entry professional in Odessa, TX to serve as the primary contact for customers placing orders, requesting changes, and seeking support. You will ensure accurate entry of orders, coordinate schedules, and maintain clear communication to deliver a positive customer experience throughout the fulfillment process.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service, order entry, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction materials, transportation, or related industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Cultivate a positive safety culture and promote accountability for safe work practices.
• Answer customer calls and process new orders, modifications, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Accurately enter and maintain customer order information in company systems.
• Handle a high volume of customer calls while maintaining professionalism and service excellence.
• Analyze customer requests and recommend appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Communicate delivery schedules, order status, and changes to customers in a timely manner.
• Address customer concerns, issues, and service requests and coordinate resolutions with operations and sales teams.
• Promote awareness of value-added products and services offered by the company.
• Work closely with Sales, Administration, Dispatch, and Operations to ensure all procedures are followed and customer expectations are met.
• Ensure accurate project setup and order information for proper execution and billing.
• Process and manage C.O.D. orders as required.
• Document and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and order accuracy.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
