Job summary

Irving Materials, Inc. seeks a Ready Mix Concrete Sales Representative for the Central Indiana Region.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, selling ready mix concrete products and services while executing the sales strategy for the area. You will identify early-stage projects, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with operations, quality control and dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction and growth of market share while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or sales/marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to travel within Central Indiana region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
