Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or related field.
• Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, documents, and multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze information and identify patterns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow items to completion.
• Interest in concrete mix designs and ready-mix industry.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming construction projects through bid boards, invitations, and sources.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with Outside Sales team.
• Organize and maintain project records, specifications, drawings, deadlines, and bid documents.
• Support preparation of quotes, bids, and project information.
• Track quality control concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
