Fridley Public Schools seeks a Reading Intervention Teacher for Fridley Middle School, serving grades 5–8. This 1.0 FTE position focuses on delivering targeted literacy interventions, monitoring progress with data, and adjusting instruction to meet each student’s needs.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the teaching and learning department, IB coordinators, principals, and families to ensure student growth, equity, and a positive learning environment across the building.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minnesota Department of Education teaching license required for the specific assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for creating and delivering an effective instructional program for assigned students.
• Responsible for implementing literacy interventions supported by student data.
• Establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to learning within the classroom and assist in the building.
• Responsible for assessing student progress.
• Collaborate with teaching and learning department, principals, parents, IB coordinators, and other staff to ensure student needs are met.
