Qualifications

• Requires Tennessee teaching certification or ability to be certified.
• Experience with reading interventions and progress monitoring.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and RTI/PLC environments.
• Ability to collaborate and reflect on practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead prescriptive small-group reading instruction for middle/high school students.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Plan lessons with fidelity to the district's reading program.
• Communicate student progress to families and staff.
• Participate in coaching and professional development.
